2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account on wen bd, a Member must be 21 years of age or older (21+). Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. wen bd reserves the right to permanently close any account created with false or misleading information.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, wen bd may request identity verification from a Member at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on wen bd:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Members must use a payment account registered in their own name. Using a mobile number or bank account registered under a third party's name is not acceptable and may delay payment processing.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Certain game restrictions may apply when playing with bonus funds.
• wen bd reserves the right to grant or revoke participation in any bonus program.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled if necessary.

All betting activity on wen bd is conducted under these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless special action is taken by the platform due to a technical error.

5.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, winnings from a bet will be credited to the Member's account after the event result is determined. If an event is cancelled or postponed, wen bd will make a decision based on the circumstances and, where applicable, will refund the bet amount.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by registered software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and others) and use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. There is no manipulation or predetermined outcome in game results.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Bonus arbitrage or system gameplay that harms the platform.
• Colluding with other Members to influence game outcomes.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.

wen bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze and up to 1.5% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is paid on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. For example: if a Gold tier Member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

VIP tier changes are assessed based on a Member's gaming activity. wen bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

It is the Member's own responsibility to maintain the security of their account. Keep your password private and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the wen bd support team immediately.

If an account is closed and there is a valid balance with no evidence of any rule violation, the process of returning that amount will begin. For accounts under investigation, a decision will be made after the investigation is complete.

In the event of an error or issue in a third-party software provider's game, wen bd will attempt to resolve the matter with that provider, but no guarantee of direct compensation can be given.

All content on the wen bd platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is protected under wen bd's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
